With several vaccines approved, 2021 started with a significant dose of optimism. Given the complexity of rolling out a mass vaccination program, the spread of a new coronavirus strain, and renewed movement restrictions, 2021’s prospects are already looking as uncertain as those of 2020. This survey captured company perspectives on COVID-19 vaccine planning, logistics, and distribution to employees during February and March of 2021.
At the time of this survey, almost three-quarters of companies do not plan to mandate vaccines and only a small percentage plan to offer incentives (such as gift cards) to encourage employees to get vaccinated. Approximately half of companies plan to offer additional time off to get the vaccine. Click the links below to find out more.
