Accessing Mercer’s TAAP platform

The login information below grants you access to the TAAP platform. Once logged in, you can access the products, reports or tools included in your subscription.

Step 1: Open TAAP
  • Click below to open TAAP
Click Here Step 2: Log In
  • Click the 'Log In' button
Step 3: Mercer Single Sign On
  • The Mercer Single Sign-On (MSSO) page will open
  • If you are new to MSSO, please create an account using your email address
  • If you have forgotten your password use the ‘Forgot Password?’ link
  • If you previously set up your log in, enter your email address and your password
Step 4: Enter Validation Code
  • You may be required to enter a validation code at this stage, (sent from mfa@mercer.com), if this is required, follow the onscreen instructions.

Note: Mercer Single Sign-On periodically requires a validation code to be entered to confirm your identity. If this is required, follow the on-screen instructions.

Your subscription is a part of Mercer’s TAAP

You will have access to the products, reports or tools included in your subscription, but other content may be restricted.
