Survey Results: Global pandemic series | Vaccines, well-being and travel

With the vaccine rollout accelerating and employer strategies taking shape, this new survey took a deeper dive into plans for supporting, incentivizing and even administering vaccinations. It also delved into pandemic fatigue and what employers are doing to address employee well-being in the difficult months ahead. Other “need to know now” topics included travel policies and return to work scenarios for remote workers. Information was gathering during April and May 2021.

At the time of this survey, a little over 85% of employers reported that their employees were experiencing either some or high degrees of anxiety/hesitancy. Among the various safety measures companies are implementing to address COVID-19 at the workplace, more than nine out of ten participants reported limiting in-person meetings or limiting the size of in-person meetings.
