TAAP is many things.

  • It’s a delivery platform (typically referred to as the TAAP platform) for accessing online versions of our data products as well as other products such as HR Tech on TAAP.
  • And TAAP+, is our premier digital content subscription that provides HR with a toolkit of data, insights and tools to help simplify everyday tasks.

The TAAP platform hosts a variety of data, content, tools, and microlearning courses. There are several subscription options to choose from, depending on what you need.

Yes! A selection of microlearning courses are part of the TAAP platform and included in a TAAP+ subscription. Each course can also be purchased as a stand-alone option. General navigation areas of the TAAP platform, including the help page, and many of our online data products are available in English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.

Online versions of the following data products are currently accessible in English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish: Global Compensation Drivers, Global Compensation Planning, Global Pay Summary, Incentives Around the World, Leave Programs, Workforce Movement and Transportation Policies & Costs.

Italian translations are currently available for Global Compensation Planning, Global Pay Summary, Global Compensation Drivers, Incentives Around the World, Workforce Movement, Leave Programs and Transportation Policies & Costs, with more on the way!

There is no need to purchase a specific language option, simply click the globe in the main menu and toggle to your language selection once you’ve logged into TAAP.

If you’ve forgotten your password to login to TAAP…
Click the Mercer logo in the navigation to get started. This will take you to the Mercer Single Sign-On, or MSSO login page. Click the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the login box. This takes you to a page that assists you with resetting your current password. Contact our technical support team if you’re having trouble resetting your SSO password.

If you’ve forgotten your password to log into a survey…
Remember that your username and password to participate in a survey may not be the same as your TAAP platform login. Contact us if you’ve forgotten your survey username or password.

Our survey alert newsletter is available to anyone — there is no requirement to have a TAAP subscription! Enter your email address here to receive survey participation and survey result alerts directly to your inbox! You can also visit the Survey Space.

SBS results are posted to your iMercer account. An email notification is sent once access has been granted; this email will contain the following instructions:

  2. The Mercer Single Sign-On (MSSO) page will open Mercer Account Center
  3. Log in or use the ‘Forgot Password?’ link
  4. Select "My Account"
  5. Go to the "My Downloads/My Subscriptions" section
  6. Select and download your report
  7. Read and accept the License Agreement and view the report
