TAAP is many things.

  • And TAAP+, is our premier digital content subscription that provides HR with a toolkit of data, insights and tools to help simplify everyday tasks.

The TAAP platform hosts a variety of data, content, tools, and microlearning courses. There are several subscription options to choose from, depending on what you need.

Yes! A selection of microlearning courses are part of the TAAP platform and included in a TAAP+ subscription. Each course can also be purchased as a stand-alone option. General navigation areas of the TAAP platform, including the help page, and many of our online data products are available in English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.

There is no need to purchase a specific language option, simply click the globe in the main menu and toggle to your language selection once you’ve logged into TAAP.

If you’ve forgotten your password to login to TAAP…
Click the Mercer logo in the navigation to get started. This will take you to the Mercer Single Sign-On, or MSSO login page. Click the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the login box. This takes you to a page that assists you with resetting your current password. Contact our technical support team if you’re having trouble resetting your SSO password.

If you’ve forgotten your password to log into a survey…
Remember that your username and password to participate in a survey may not be the same as your TAAP platform login. Contact us if you’ve forgotten your survey username or password.

Our survey alert newsletter is available to anyone — there is no requirement to have a TAAP subscription! Enter your email address here to receive survey participation and survey result alerts directly to your inbox! You can also visit the Survey Space.

  3. Log in or use the ‘Forgot Password?’ link
  4. Select "My Account"
  5. Go to the "My Downloads/My Subscriptions" section
  6. Select and download your report
  7. Read and accept the License Agreement and view the report
