This survey captured company perspectives on sustainability, pay transparency, recognition, total rewards and more during June of 2023.
At the time of this survey, the top two ways employers planned to use AI within their HR function were for recruiting and internal communications. In the rewards portion of the survey, 61% reported that they are revisiting their total rewards strategy in an effort to improve retention and 60% would like to enhance their ability to attract talent.
